Just discovered skyr (yes I know I’m late) and love that it brings the calories down but the protein up on this kind of breakfast. I prefer the plain - the flavoured ones seem to have corn flour in 😝

It is really thick, which in some ways is really nice, and in taste and texture a lot like the fromage blanc or fromage frais you often get in France. I will keep having kefir and greek yoghurt but also skyr for some days. Variety is the spice of life 😁
