Decided to do things a little differently. (Advice from one of my fitness pals and instructor) I'm too influenced by the scale at this point. I find that when I get down closer to my goal, I sabotage myself. A little extra here, a little there. So with a starting June weight of 130, not weighing again until June 30. Will go back to logging meals, lowering sugar and will continue to up the weights. Keep Combat for cardio and yoga for stretching and flexibility and see what happens.
