Today I ate a number of things that I don't know how to account for, things I don't necessarily feel great about eating. I'm not going to try to figure it out, I am just going to let go of it and move on.

At one point I did, very consciously, give myself permission to eat something I normally wouldn't. But later I felt a bit bad about it.

Being able to give myself permission is a positive thing I can feel good about, but I still clearly need to work on the part after that.

Tomorrow I am excited to try a recipe for a rice and seaweed salad from an anti-angiogenesis food site.
