Unofficial weight this morning was 70.1kg, which is fine with me. Calories were almost 100 over the 1800 goal so there is room for improvement.

First time seeing this channel and the workout got me properly sweaty so I might try some more of her workouts sometime. This week I'll aim for 3 YouTube workouts again and try to get my steps over 7500 every day - last week I only managed it once, but was close to it on 5 other days.
Two weeks to the end of the month and I'd like to be solidly under 69kg by then. Very doable.
