Experimenting with food again! I read that it doesn't matter if u eat after 7pm, u r not gonna gain weight unless u stay within your calorie intake.. Sooooo.. I always get hungry at nite, so I decided to move my dinner tym to 8-30 - 9pm. Have 3 full meals a day and 1 light in between lunch and dinner. Since I went over my 864cal limit yesterday, 1371cals. I'm switching today to 864 cos it was suppose to be high calorie (1242cals). Still following calorie cycling. Kinda messed up cos of moving etc but catching up.

Did my week 7, day 1 of 5K training yesterday - 3.36mi + 1mile race - 9mins. Wanna beat my record - 7:56!!! :)

There is this awesome park 5mins away from my new house. I'm digging it! Gonna run 2day again!

Hey Dsy, cold is not that bad especially when u running :) Gonna be 60ish on friday! Yay!!! Didn't go 2day, got tied up with work, planning for 2mor tho. Got 2 people involved hehe, my bfr and his fri, they are doing 4 weeks to 1 mile thingy, I knw rite kinda funny :)
