Well, I'm so out of practice entering food and things that I managed to enter all of today's food in tomorrow...getting ahead of myself I guess. (My fault for not checking the date.) I always forget that when it's after 11pm I should check...

Well I'm uncovering one of my issues with getting the food back in line....I haven't wanted to admit, even to myself, much less others what I've really been eating. Some decent choices and some really awful ones. So today I'm starting to endeavor back into hiding nothing. If I'm not willing to fess up to it, then maybe I shouldn't be doing it in the first place.

In the exercise department, I've been doing ok...I have been on my bike for some amount of time every day since it arrived. (last thursday) Yesterday I only managed 10 minutes. I waited til too late in the day and just couldn't get my body into the groove. Today I managed 30 full minutes. Tomorrow I'll do that again plus therapy. Need to start wearing the Bodybugg again to keep better tabs on calories burned. It's time for this rehab intermission to draw to a close and start Act II of this weight loss journey. I will have to take gradual steps, but it's time to start pushing the envelope.

If I can do it, you can too. Seriously, one of the best things I can do for myself is log my food. I know when I was doing really bad last week, I didn't log anything, but I probably should have. I might have slowed down a bit. I love visually seeing what I've had for the day, sometimes just for reference. I know things have been stressful with your knee surgery, but look how far you have come! Thirty minutes on a bike?!? WOOHOO!!!! It won't be long and you will be doing a lot more. ((((((HUGS))))))
