I had gotten back on track today. I had smaller portions of food all day. I feel better about myself on that note. I do plan on doing green smoothies sometime. I have to go grocery shopping for that this week after work. I have to plan ahead on what I what in a meal plan. I have to buy protein such as my chicken and fish. That is kinda what I am headed towards since those are the healthier proteins. I don't snack a whole lot but when I do I try to get healthier items such as fruit or nuts. Sometimes I munch on cucumbers or carrots. Hay, we all make mistakes. The least we could do is get back on track and keep running but run harder than before to fight what you had gained.
