Found a great app to use on my phone. I'm sure everyone is using it, but it's new for me lol. Map My Walk. It keeps track of how long and far I walked. I put in my stats and it lets me know how many calories I burned. It saves the work out so I can see at the end of the week exactly how many miles I've walked. My neighbor and I have always guessed at about how far we were walking, our guess was 2.5 miles and my phone says we do 2.4 so we weren't too far off! Now it will be a challenge to walk farther and farther to see those little red lines on the map go everywhere lol. It's the small things for me :P
