Lots of balls in the air. Little travel. Got a bunch of stuff that needs to close/resolve over the next week or so. One kid outbound. One kid inbound. Pop decided to take a walk in the rain yesterday. Haven't seen the weight room since Sunday. Haven't meal planned. Haven't shopped. August swamp life in full effect. Eating out. 7 Eleven cuisine creeping back in. Picked up some sorta flea (!?) ankle attack at the pool Sunday. Ankles bitten up for a couple days. Life.
Monkey mind says - "You're fat again. Threw it all away in a couple weeks, just like always."
Mirror, tape, lifts, and scale say - "Not so much..."
