Throw back Thursday.
Thrown way! way! back to June of 1989.
I had been married for about three weeks and this was at the wedding of a cousin.
I know I weighed around 170 pounds in this picture because I had weighed 165 pounds the day I got married three weeks earlier. I had over exercised and restricted from 180 to get to 165 and immediately, the weight fluctuations and the struggle continued.
My driver's license had reflected a "dream" weight of 145 lbs. for years and would continue to brazenly display that lie until after my second child, when in the 210's with no real hope of ever seeing "one-derland" again I finally had to raise it....
To 175 lbs where it has stubbornly stayed.
