Here we go again...as soon as I get a day off, I gain weight! I HAVE to make myself get into the same routine on weekends that I have during the week. I did switch over to Phase 2 yesterday and had some Pasta Fagioli for dinner...mmmmm, pasta, made me happy. It was a healthy dish with whole wheat pasta, but I'm not too happy on the scale this morning. Time to work it off!
