I worked out even though I guess I wasn't supposed to due to air quality... I am starting to pull together a routine that feels good to me. I think I like the medicine ball more than kettlebells due to hand/wrist issues. I emulated some kettlebell moves with the medicine ball and it felt more fluid to me so that was nice. In the past my work outs have been really rigid so incorporating fun and flow seems to be helpful for sustaining my interest. It seems like I'm having an easier time listening to my body today. I'm eating very well so I am pushing my workouts a little more than usual.
