Lunch... eftover rice pilaf, mixed veggies and breaded fried chicken... Not super dietish, but the calories counter said 495. Seemed like the chicken should be a higher count. I'm thinking not bad for being a first time, fresh outta the gate dieter! Wish me luck! 😋

This is a normal size leftover lunch for me. Thinking I should have saved a strip or two of chicken as snacks before a late supper later tonight. Not that it wasn't enough... It'd just be more comfortable all along the way if spaced out better. 🤔
