Thank you Penny, ridemariel, mbuzz95, Dawn… it turned out quite good. I recently read about the health benefits of Brussels sprouts so decided to overcome my childhood memories & give them a second chance. Trader Joe’s frozen, roasted 25 mins w/olive oil. Dawn, it’s topped with parmesan cheese and furikake. ☺️

Thanks Tai! Hope you’ll post how you make it. I just used stuff I’m trying to finish up. My kids are never home for meals together now, so I use furikake on everything! 😅

Ian, I will copy your style for this one. I will stop by whole foods store for furikake. Thanks. Had to delete prior msg due to auto-correction. Furikake turns into furnace, lol.
