Well, exceeded my calories burned goal yesterday! I'm getting this exercise thing together again. The food I'm still battling. When I started this journey I really felt good, I didn't feel that hungry and the food piece wasn't such a battle. It frustrates me to have to be fighting so hard to get back on the wagon with this again. Especially when I thought I'd won this battle....I think a big component is drinking much more! I know my water intake was much higher back in July/August when I started. Just need to keep the glass with me so that habit returns as well and I think it will help with the food as I won't feel hungry as much even if I am....well I ramble.

Hope everyone is having a good week so far! So excited about the continued success of my buddies! Go buddies go!
