Went to a spin class this morning at 6am, since I had to get into work earlier. The instructor for the early classes is much different than the women. He leads with lots of jumps, sprints, and position 3 drills. I like it though, b/c though the resistance is not as high, I still keep my heart rate up for the full 45 mins.
Excited to make honey mustard chicken tonight. It's so nice to get my workout in early so that I can relax in the evenings!
