There is a suggestion feature for photos? I didn’t know that!  

For 蝦餃 it suggested egg 🤷🏻‍♂️😄 but I appreciate the feature and image uploads, nonetheless  

FS phone tag chicken feet. Very funny. 

I'm going to try a dish about the same coloring. LOL just for kicks. 

That's a good one Ian🤣😂....that delicious meal is so far removed from chicken feet boiled, which is definately a no-no for me. 

@ACBellarose ~ please post what you make! chicken feet is also served with dim sum, but it’s one of the few things that’s not to my liking. ☺️ 

@Ettenauj, I’ve tried it before for dim sum but visually it’s a no go for me… 😰😂 

IanSD, I get it, chicken feet is truly for the serious foodie or if in your food culture. If my friend from Iowa can eat them. I think someone from SD can. Farm to table, nose to tail is a challenge. Just kidding! 🤭 I'm on no shellfish at the moment. When I make jumbo shrimp in that color scheme I will take a pic & see if it'll suggest chicken feet. I think it hilarious that it's in the app. Have another friend from SCali, she thought shrimp with head on was something she couldn't eat. Shrimp is her favorite food, she's never seen it live in a tank.. You won't know what you're eating. But, it the best thing you've had in awhile. Trick is chop off the toes, scrub well with baking soda, blanch, dry, deep fried, then steamed in black bean sauce. It's a process. Actually, I prefer them spicy pickled. They are not fried. The collagen is good for you. 

“if my friend from Iowa…” 😂 hey now, what are you saying about Iowa?!? JK I should have provided more context for my comments. I actually grew up in Hong Kong with a large extended family that always gathered together for meals at the holidays and special events… lots of wonderful food including the more traditional favorites of my grandparents and parents generation. Sadly, some of the specialties they liked didn’t catch on with me… I’m especially odd for not being a fan of fish with bones 😭 (almost disowned for that one!) 

My lovely friend from Iowa, Germanic descent. Meat & potato farming background. It's my own preconceived notion, she's beautiful blond, blue eyed. I think her food preferences would be more plain. My experience with German food is simple, clean, delicious, wholesome. But she loved everything I introduced her to. Our food can be complex. My biological brother, like you won't touch fish or greens. He eats like he's Irish, meat & potatoes. Lol, he married an Irish girl. My people thinks I'm Korean. Features, light fair skin & live on all things spicy. Homestyle Cantonese food is more bland. Steam, hot pot. Apologies if my references offends anyone. I love diversity & write without rude intentions. I'm not PC. Politically correct. I was born & part of the workforce b4 PCness would mean a visit by HR.
