Another lovely day was had yesterday with our son's visit we all had a nice walk 5 mile walk in the local woods with an ice cream stop in the middle. As expected lots of food was eaten starting with a nice BBQ it continued today with a rather large cooked breakfast. Another decent walk may be needed later today.

Today I hope to be starting a "transforming your running challenge" into my daily exercises regime. It's 15 minutes a day for 30 days - A simple exercise affair that seeks to help prevent running injuries and improve a persons fitness to run.

I'm now three weeks into using kettlebells and that's still going very well for me but i'm reducing these exercises from 40 minutes to 20 minutes a day so that I can incorporate the running exercises mentioned above.
