When figuring my number of calories, the recommended is about 2000 per day and the past few days I haven't come anywhere near that and yet I feel satisfied and I am losing weight. I can tell you I NEVER thought I would feel that way.
I am rather proud of myself for making my husband's lunch today and totally resisting the potatoes he requested. I didn't even WANT one. Never thought that would be the case. I also made him his chocolate chip muffins and only had a fingerful of batter and was then able to ignore them. I am more of a batter eater than a cake eater so resisting those won't be a problem.
