I'm actually really pleased, because there were two or three days I went over my calories, but I still have this little loss. Besides my birthday happening in a few days, I'll be trying to be eating healthier foods to make up for the celebrating food 😎
I need to get in some good runs this weekend too. I got bit by something last weekend and my leg and ankle swelled, so I wasn't able to run until yesterday.
