10 pounds down, 231 pounds to go! I'm so excited I lost 10 pounds so far. When I saw that this morning at the gym I actually was jumping up and down and people were looking at me like I was crazy. WOW, I haven't felt this good in a very long time. I hope everyone is doing great!
