Woke at 225.1, up 1.3 from yesterday. Grabbing some coffee and sunshine and then will work out. UPDATE: Got to 224.9 after 16:8 IF, but never did get my lazy @ss on the exercise bike or anything else. Got wrapped up in computer work and that's where I stayed.
