Was trying to practice writing a couple of personal statement for college sign ups and I started crying writing a part of my life on a paper. Whether it was happy or sad , I still cried and I turned to food for comfort :/... Luckily it wasn't a big overeating, just about 90 calories more then my BMR.
Gonna make it work for me today! Eating lesser to make up for yesterday! Progress so far..
