It's so hard not to see your progress, ups and downs, day to day. Although, I get extremely pissed when I see up, so maybe it's better this way :)

I know that it is better for me this way as it seems to be a easier guide to know if I am on track or need to adjust my diet. If I weighed daily it would drive me nuts (a very short trip)
