Hahaha 🤣 I've no idea how this happens, but I'm not knocking it... Nor am I looking to try it again soon (still have four ribs left!) Wondering if the drop was a delayed response to the previous very low calorie week I had? 🍖🍖🍖🍖⚖️🎉🤔

Great work, Looseb...in reference to ur comments on another post, doing a before & after in the same clothes is incredibly eye opening. For me, it's still unbelievable🤙

Acomandr... I made sure to take a "before" photo, albeit a couple weeks after my initial calorie cutback, but I'm hoping to loose enough that those clothes won't stay on me properly... So maybe a "quarter way" or "halfway" photo in the same clothes for me! ⚖️🤔
