I got back from vacation earlier this week. I've been delaying weighing in because I'm sure it's up some. It's hard to get back in the mode of tracking everything. While I didn't eat too terrible on vacay, I feel like I'm in the mode of wanting to eat everything right now. Not sure how to reset myself, but I need to regain motivation.

Maybe don't overthink it? Note down your weight and measure your intake. You're doing this for yourself, you don't have to enter the numbers here. A spreadsheet or a piece of paper would work just fine. I suppose the idea is to keep the habit.
