Well, I made it through week 1 and lost 6.8lbs. However, I know that you always lose fluid weight the first week. Now on to week 2, one day at the time. This first week, I worked on cutting back on my caffeine. This week, I will substitute a glass of water for some of my soft drinks and hopefully, be completely off of them soon.

Congratulation's and Yes you can do it. I am in the process of using Facebook to fill my free time. I know and will make it a priority to go for daily walks instead
