So far so good! Didn't get to roller blade last night, but that is ok...we play ball and then hung out with friends, so that was good! I have volleyball tonight, before that hoping to get my hubby to go out with me for a bit to get some exercise. I am also planning on going to the gym at lunch so that will get the ball rolling also! I am so determined to get to my goal right now. I am eating good, not following 100%, but doing what is right....I think need to eat more, but when I am not hungry I just don't want to eat. If anyone has any suggestions as to what I can eat that might help increase my food intake let me know! Thanks for all the encouraging words! My best to you all!

The best thing to take in more of is protein...like chicken, green veggies, turkey, tuna. You definitely want to increase protein over just about anything else.
