Ran 4-miles in 33:51 which is my first 4-miler in under 34 minutes this year. I can't recall if I did that last year before taking a 2-3 month break from running. Also, got in my Ab work after my run.

Wow! That's great...an average of 8.3 minutes per mile! Fantastic...even the military has an average of 9 minutes per mile. =)

Thanks ... my son, who is currently in the navy, is a fitness freak and works out constantly. He was even impressed with his old man being able to run a sub 9min mile for 3-4 miles. ;-)
