So I am back at it.
Over the past year I have been on that amazing ride that is called weight loss.
About 6 month ago I plateaued and have not been able to get restarted.
I have even started to put weight back on.
I guess we get to the point where we thing we know everything so we start to take things for granted.
I am now doing a new program, I am just a week in and 2kgs down.
Let's see how we go.

I am not making excuses, but this weekend is a long weekend for me and I am going to have some drinks. Let see how this will effect things.
