Ran 4-miles in 33:49 early this morning. My second day in a row running 4-miles in under 34 minutes. Started out really strong with the first 2 miles just under 16-minutes but ran out of gas during my 3rd mile and pushed just to finish. I really feel good about being able to push through and finish this morning. This is my 3rd day in a row running 3+ miles and I can feel it taking a toll on my body. Fell asleep shortly after 9:30 last night but woke up at 2:30am. Would love to be able to sleep a solid 7 hours one night!
