Just reread all my journal entries from the past. Goodness - amazing how the printed word can bring back so many memories. I went for a quick run today, only 30 minutes. I need to do a medium-length run tomorrow or Saturday, in the 7-8 mile range, and then seriously tapper for the half-marathon next weekend. I also need to decide what race to sign up for next - which will keep me running, which helps keep me healthy. I couldn't sleep last night - mind whirling over a bunch of issues, the least of which is finding the next run and making it work in both schedule and budget.

LMJ you just keep doing it you are doing great where are you doing the half marathon at? They are fun and I wish I could run again. Good luck in the half marathon and as long as you can maintain a good mile pace you will be fine just have fun.
