new goal! To keep a steady calorie amount for the entire month of august before school start! I have 6 more pounds to go! If I can stay on a strict calorie limit ill be there in no problem!

Going to start eating 800-900 calories for a week then 1 day 1000 calories and then go back bouncing between 700-800 calories. Then eat 1100 calories on 1 of the 7 days. then repeat. I can do this!

So I went to camp for two days (30 & 31) and wow...

Not camp but really I slept over at a college campus really, I can see why freshmen15 happens.

Just breakfast was
-French toast w/ maplesyrup
-tater tots
-scrambled eggs
-bacon
-barely any fruit
-DONUT HOLES... (for breakfast?!?!)

WOW. definitely didn't enjoy breakfast looking like my lunch and dinner.
