I had my covid test done yesterday and it turned out negative. I am happy it's just my allergies. I am starting to feel somewhat better. I was able to get my morning walk in this morning. I am still having a stuffy nose going on but I am fine. Happy Tuesday!

So glad to see you checking in. Wearing masks has helped my allergies so much. I swear things were in the air longer this year. Changing clothes after being outside, wiping down pets when they come indoors, rinsing eyes nose and face after coming in and walking before the sun comes up (pollen has has all night to settle) has helped me.
Yea dodged the wicked green spikey B$&@&. Start of a good trend. Keep rocking on the health quest.
