Anybody watch Grey's Anatomy tonight? The character Lexy Grey made me think of myself. She can't stop eating because she's stressed out. At the end of the show, her worries are resolved and her sister says: "Lexy, you can stop eating now" and she replies: "Thank God". The look on her face is priceless. Her cheeks are full of food. Its like, she's stuffing her face cause she's so stressed, not that she wants to but because she can't help it. There's a glimpse of what I look like. What an eyeopener! What do you we do that to ourselves? Stress brings out the worse in us.

food is such a comfort. It can't talk back, doesn't judge therefore it doesn't bringing you down. just makes you gain a hell of alot of weight when you eat too much lol. but tonights episode was so sad, especially the little girl in the ped unit and her father:(

LOL! I just watched Grey's Anatomy - thing is she eats and eats and doesn't get fat! I heard that on in the movies they eat and then they stop the film so they can spit it out. I don't think they do that in the Saturday Night skits.
