Looks good, how was your weekend? Did you get a chance to bike? I didn't bike yesterday on my day off, it was raining. So 2h treadmill instead. Have a good day 👍

My weekend was great!! I spent a lot time with my family. We watched movies and talked about our times past years. I was able to bike about 2 hours on Saturday and go hiking for 3 hours on Sunday!! That’s great!! How was your weekend Tai? I heard you were busy with projects. It’s awesome that you made time for exercise!

Thanks, if you call working 6 days, 10 hours a day when projects need to get done is fun. Then, I had a fun week 😀. But it's all good, I don't really complain about it when I know what I am doing to get the projects done. Sunday was fun, spent time visiting family, my sister hasn't seen me since my weight loss. So naturally she was concerned, then thought I look younger when I had errrr more weight on me, haha. I would like to say we ate a lot of good food, but that didn't happen. I didn't eat anything until I got home and cooked something I have control over as far as sodium and seasoning. That's the down side of watching my weight. 😉

It’s good to see that you have such a clarity in your schedule (both job& personal) and enjoy the work that comes a along the way. I wish I were like you as well. You’re so cool and awesome!! I’m planning to go medical school in the US after my current 6 yr pharmacy program and become physician while continuing my business. So it’s kinda a long way in terms of my studies. I agree with you what you said about watching your weight. I love eating healthy foods, exercising, and seeing some improvements in my weight but sometimes I want to not care about it and just enjoy the time with my family. That’s what happened yesterday. I didn’t even know I was eating a lot until I saw my plate has become empty within few minutes 😂 I have my family dinner very occasionally so I don’t feel bad about myself.

Oh thank you. I say the same to you. 6 yrs pharmacy is no joke, and then medical school on top of that, plus your business. How old are you now? Haha. The key is staying healthy, nurture your mind for the long haul. After you have achieved everything, and begin your career as a medical doctor. The rewards are aplenty. I always cheer on someone who is young and ambitious if they have the drive to be successful. Sound like you can do a lot. So pls keep up the good work 👏👏👏
