Did good today I walked more today then yesterday so I'm very pleased with that. Says I should have 2200 calories a day and that's way to much to eat. I had a lot of food today and only had 1441 calories. I do have to improve the amount of Protein i eat cause I don't feel I had enough. The only reason I had the rice cakes was because I only had 1091 so I made the rice cakes with some jelly and cool whip on top as a crunchy dessert.

Tomorrow I hope to have more veggies, fruit and protein. I must improve in those area's.

That's what I eat for dinner to increase my calorie intake, rice cakes with jam or nutella. The fat secret RDI calculator is too generous, you don't need 2200 cals. I set my limit at 1600 cals, 300 cals less then fat secret gave me.
