Yesterday was a very bad day! I was making macaroni and cheese for tomorrows work luncheon and proceded to eat A LOT of it. I think I know why though.
Lately I've been feeling very picky about my food. I'm sick of salad, I'm sick of chicken so when I get around the bad stuff I go nuts, lol. So last night I made a food plan for today that doesn't include any of the things I am sick of but is still healthy and will allow me to reach my goal. I'm actually looking forward to meal times today :)
I also decided that I've been spending way to much time going out. I was out the last few weekends sometimes both nights and I'm exhausted. The house isn't clean and my school work isn't done. So my goal for the next few weekends is to stay home and focus on myself. Getting myself ahead in order to not stress myself out more.
I have a good attitude today and It comes from concentrating on my own needs and not everyone elses. I hope I keep this up :)
I did get a little work out in yesterday. I did yourshape fitnees for a little while and boy does that really kick your butt!

I love that you came up with an immediate plan to turn things around. That is so important-recognize it and fix it!!!. Oh yeah I totally cannot cook mac and cheese and not expect to eat it. What are you doing instead of chicken and salad??
