I broke that little bit of a stall from the last few days! I am thrilled. I was really pushing myself to see if I could do 15 pounds on Induction. I hit 14# so no complaints. And I haven't fallen off of the wagon here.
I am truly thankful for all of the support on this website. It is amazing. It makes me want to succeed and continue this battle. Knowing there are others in the same noat with the same struggles really has been a Godsend.
My next mini-goal is 11 more pounds. That will get me down to an even 200. I haven't been there in a very long time but I still own some clothing that says it must be true. Thanks friends!
