whopping gain! Two weeks of bad eating, wining, and no working out has finally caught up with me!!! Among the damages were 4 boxes of goldfish crackers, pizza, breadsticks, chinese food and rice, cake, chocolates, mozzarella sticks, breads...which makes up only part of the list, I'm sure!!! The stress of work has brought back all the bad habits....now that the deadlines are getting done somewhat, I can get on with my regular life.
I FEEL GROSS!!!! Time to get back on the health wagon. I finally made it to the gym today and did 30 mins of bike and 30 mins of elliptical and 3 sets of bicep curls...everythng was slow and arduous to get through. Tomorrow I need to go there earlier, and not on a hungry tummy! Need to drink plenty of water and keep my energy up as the heat has increased and I must be getting dehydrated.
Will be making my goals today. I'm assuming this big gain is due to the salt and carbs and period...and as soon as I kick up the workout and give up the bad foods, I should expect to see a difference. Thus, my first goal is to get back to 141 pounds by the end of this week (which means at least 2 hours of gym time DAILY!!!!) And SERIOUS working out! Sweat-dripping, tshirt-soaked, bore-weary workout!!! Enough of coddling this body!!!!

Week 4: Sunday May 25: 135 pounds (TOUGH WEEK: to watch for challenges. Will be out of town and then sister visits me for memorial day, so need to workout daily and avoid food cheats)

Week 6: Sunday Jun 9: 131 pounds
Week 7: Sunday June 16: 129 pounds
Week 8: Sunday June 23: 127 pounds
Week 9: Sunday June 30: 125 pounds!!!!! GOAL WEIGHT!!!!)
