Yesterday and today sucked as far as my diet and workout regimen go. Since my birthday (March 14) I've been unable to get back into the routine I once was excited about.

I said I would go to the gym yesterday but my boyfriend's long time friend and his girlfriend came into town and my boyfriend wanted to go out with them. If I went to the gym, that would destroy my hair for the evening and push the gathering later into the evening. So no gym for me. Wouldn't have been that bad if I hadn't of eating stir fry and potstickers and egg rolls and calamari and had 2 margaritas and a beer. Shame on me!!

Then today, I was just plain ole lazy and ended up and at mexican resturant with my mom, eating chicken enchiladas and rice and guacamole salad. Where is the self-control I once had??

One thing I am noticing from these days is my vitamins. I keep forgetting to take them. Maybe it's all in my head but I get really lazy and unmotivated when I don't take my vitamins. Nobody believes that they really have an affect on my energy level and self-motivation.

So tomorrow is a new day. I'll try again tomorrow.

Also had this weird dream about my teeth falling out...
