Went running this morning only to pull-up gimp after 2.5 miles with a hurting calf. I tried to walk it off but it's still hurting after 4pm. This is horrible and my worst nightmare since there aren't a lot of cardio workouts that don't involve your legs. Hopefully, my right calf can recover quickly ... Dayum, just dayum!
