Good morning everyone! It's Thursday :) the first half of the week is finally over!
So far my week has been pretty decent. I've been very productive in all areas accept the diet. :/ I signed up for my summer and fall classes I'll be taking 3 classes a term plus working full time. It's going to get crazy but the more I get done now, the less I have to worry about later. :) I just have to keep my motivation up and keep pushing through.
Now about the diet, well Monday as I mentioned I kept eating and eating. Tuesday I did great, then Wed. another disaster. We had our annual department luncheon to benefit Harvist for Hunger and I drank 2 bottles of water to fill myself up so I wouldn't eat too much but of course I still had too much junk. I ended up not eating anything for dinner because I was full all day from that. I didn't gain but I certainly didn't lose.
I promise myself I will stay on track today, tomorrow, and this weekend. I will take the dog for a walk each day with my boyfriend to burn calories and get quality time in with our family. I will also continue my toning exercises and drop a pound or 2. I will keep feeling great about myself!!!
