I tried to do my 5-2 fast diet again and I failed because I had started eating 5-6 times a day, so it messed my system up... I also have not completed stopped the herbalife shakes, because I still have credit... another two weeks and I will be done with the shakes and I will have gone back to eating three times a day... I will be eating 400 calories each meal and my body will be able to handle the fast again. When I did it last summer I great success losing 2-3 pounds a week every week... then I started the shakes and everything fell apart... I look forward to the beginning of September when I will be doing the 5-2 fast and low salt intake....
