I am proud to say I up-ed my calorie intake and just started focusing more on healthy food. I was dieting pretty viciously in july with most days below 1200 calories, but now that school is starting I wanted to focus on more about steady intake. I realized it means nothing to crash diet if you can't steadily consume the same amount so that the average intake overall is lower.

I saw and learned from people who consumed only about 1200-1400 calories everyday without a problem, versus me where i'd consume very low one day but overeat the next day... the average calorie consumed was higher by 100-200 then people just regularly eating 1200 calories a day and not starve themselves.

Many things to still continue to learn! I agree with many people, crash dieting doesn't help you lose weight any faster seriously!

SOMEONE TOLD ME IF YOUR BODY THINKS IT IS STARVING IT WILL NOT RELEASE STORED FAT ...I EAT MORE BUT BETTER AND ITS COMING OFF SLOWLY BUT SURELY...sorry caps--i want to be just ed again
