So I recorded my weight on here as 128 because that's what it was 3 weeks ago when I last weighed in. I've been working really really hard since then and was hoping that I would be pleasantly surprised when I waited so long to finally weigh in. Not so. I went to the gym tonight and weighed myself before yoga, and to my surprise, 129.8! Almost a 2 pound gain even though I've been cutting calories and working out for 3 weeks. It was sooo disheartening. I'm hoping it won't get me down and make me give up. Tonight, it just made me more determined and I went almost 7 miles on the elliptical after an hour of yoga in a room heated to 90 degrees. No excuses, I just need to keep trying to lose this weight! Hopefully it will actually show next week. I'm so not recording the gain on here.

Why does this happen?! I am stumped as well. I work out and eat 1000 calories a day and can't budge that darn scale. I'm in the same boat and wish you luck in your progress.

I'm hoping it's just some sort of delay or I've been building muscle from working out so much? I'm sure the hard work will catch up with us, we just can't let it make us give up!! :) Good luck to you too!
