The very hardest thing to do is weighing in. I usually get up and start coffee and start chores and have a hard time getting to the scale before I down a ton of coffee. ☕️😋

Currently in Europe, where people are not thankful... Or at least don't show it with amazing feasts during this season. So, my season and baptism of fire starts in a month. Hopefully by then I've learned to choose health over short term carb-high.

Oh, on the weighing, I have my scale next to my bed to make me remember (which obviously doesn't always work)... Used to have it in bathroom in order to hit it first thing after emptying.
