Been a tough week. My SO had to go into the hospital for a few days for IV antibiotics as he still hasn't kicked this infection. It looks much better now but I am going to strangle him if he gets worse again because he won't keep his leg up like the doctor told him to. I feel like I have been eating terribly, alternating not enough calories with bad food choices. Oh well, I keep reminding myself that this is a marathon not a sprint. A week of bad choices won't knock me out of the race and I can pick up the pace again.
