Had a good morning workout doing Biceps and Back. My calf is on the mend finally, it felt its best this morning since the injury. I've been really trying to stretch it out over the past couple of days and I believe that is helping the healing process. I hope to be able to return back to doing Intense Cardio (maybe back to running) within the next week if all goes well.
