Had a good day doing cardio considering that my calf still hasn't fully recovered from last week's injury but it is improving daily at this time. I was able to actually jog on the treadmill today which was great! 20 minutes on the Elliptical and 21 minutes on the treadmill. I also got in my Ab Work afterwards too. All in all a good day of exercising and working out.
